Do the robots need broadband in the orchard?

No. Each gateway links back to the shed over long-range WiFi, so blocks without a broadband line can still run robots and sensors.

Will the picking arms bruise the fruit?

The arms use soft grippers and are tuned per variety. Trial blocks are part of every onboarding so results can be checked on your fruit.

What support do you provide after installation?

Remote monitoring, firmware updates and an on-site visit each season are included in the standard support plan.
